Mix Show purchases at my Music Store are final because they are digital. When purchasing music from this site, there is only one kind of music to buy: an Internet- streaming mix show. A streaming mix show is a scheduled, DJ-mix, featuring music I put  together using timed-transitions between tracks. I create beat-matched “drops,” (mix transitions), and I feature “album-length” versions of all of my tracks. I never use truncated tracks in my mixes. When you book a mix from my Music Store, your show details are emailed to the address in your profile at the time of booking. I do not sell music in a physical format at all. All ticket sales  (bookings) are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. All copyrights are upheld and online performance royalties are collected at the time of booking. These are listed in your shopping cart as “Copyright Royalty Board. “ The amount is visible in your cart prior to purchase.

Ordering/Booking

Your order confirmation (which is an email message), has the link to the mix show or links to the mix shows you purchased. You can access the mix show(s)using the link(s) in the confirmation email message. Accessing the link(s) requires an account so that the show(s)remain accessible only to the you, The Purchaser.  The mix show previewing process, booking process, and playing the mix show(s), are all  100% automated, and do not require staff-intervention to hear the show. You are welcome to choose anytime you are available in the show calendar when booking your show.

The “Buying Experience”

This service-buying experience has been quality-tested by the Owner, Michael Widener, for reliable Internet-delivery, ease of buying, & ease of enjoying. It has also been use-tested for reliable streaming during playback. If you accidentally navigate away from your play-page (the page that you are playing the mix from), during playback, simply go back to the play-page and your mix show will continue where you left off immediately, automatically.

The Service Provider

Phantom Records LLC (a Foreign LLC registered in Nevada), completed software development for this online delivery service during the pandemic and this site is Phantom Records’  online location for providing it. Thank you for taking the time to read this Refund & Exchange Policy. It adheres to the most recent Internet performance criteria, including the rate charged by the Copyright Royalty Board for this delivery method. I felt it necessary to explain this very complicated pricing and delivery process in plain English for those who love to know the details. Please enjoy my service responsibly by minding the noise-levels during playback.

I have a Zazzle Store that sells physical products that display graphic designs I created over the years. Those products are not sold here and the refund policy on my Zazzle store applies to them.
